There's just so much to say about Julie that I find it difficult to know how to start. But let's start with this --Julie is without exception one of the most knowledgeable, insightful, and experienced customer experience and service experts I've ever known. This is especially true for customers who have financial issues or complex problems.

But that doesn't begin to explain why any organization that hires Julie would be giving themselves the best possible gift and opportunity for growth. Let me share a few key standout reasons you'd be doing yourself a favor.

First and foremost Julie is incredibly talented in her ability to translate her vast knowledge in easily related ways for those who don't know. And she does it with patience and understanding -- ensuring that what's shared is actually what's needed. Especially important when you think you need one thing but after listening and asking spot on questions -- she realizes you need something entirely different.

Second, unlike many experts with a large broad experience, Julie doesn't assume she knows the answer. She thinks carefully about the need and readily admits when she needs to understand more. This means she continues to learn and evolve. Probably one of the most important abilities a leader can have.

Finally, she thrives on helping others to be successful. Whether it's helping customers meet their needs with an excellent experience; or her peers meet their objectives; or helping her employees develop and grow in their roles -- her focus is always on helping others get to the best possible end result. She does this with a healthy balance of realistic expectations, aspirational goals and encouragement.
